For our Client, an international manufacturing company with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of I2C Team Leader.
I2C Team Leader
Requirements
- min. 5 years of end-to-end Order to Cash process knowledge and experience,
- min. 2 years of experience in managing an accounting team,
- experience in the implementation of standard processes,
- ability to review processes and implement improvements,
- ability to set priorities, delegate and develop a team independently and proactively,
- very good knowledge of English (B2/C1),
- experience in Shared Services for a global company.
Responsibilities
- leading a team of 9 I2C specialists (supervising, motivating, supporting in complex activities and escalations) responsible for front-office I2C activities (Credit Management, Cash Collection, Billing, Claims),
- overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
- maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with clients and internal business units,
- actively identifying opportunities for process improvements,
- ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
- supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.
