Requirements

• min. 5 years of end-to-end Order to Cash process knowledge and experience,
• min. 2 years of experience in managing an accounting team,
• experience in the implementation of standard processes,
• ability to review processes and implement improvements,
• ability to set priorities, delegate and develop a team independently and proactively,
• very good knowledge of English (B2/C1),
• experience in Shared Services for a global company.

Responsibilities

• leading a team of 9 I2C specialists (supervising, motivating, supporting in complex activities and escalations) responsible for front-office I2C activities (Credit Management, Cash Collection, Billing, Claims),
• overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
• maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with clients and internal business units,
• actively identifying opportunities for process improvements,
• ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
• supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.
