Requirements:

• New Product Development experience within a food manufacturing company in a product development role, more than 7 years,
• knowledge of Food Manufacturing Standards and Technical requirements and experience in close cooperation with R&D,
• Project Management and cross-functional working experience,
• communication, influencing, and challenge at all levels,
• track record of creativity & innovation,
• ability to work under time pressure and on multiple projects at once,
• highly structured work system.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the innovation NPD pipeline for the business
• Hands-on product development process. 
• Run cross functional teams
• Lead all NPD projects - build of new project briefs, address tasks, drive timelines, build with R&D recipe and costs, liaise with production and packaging, challenge project execution, truck results. 
• Work in alignment with external clients to build product development briefs.
• Commercial recipe build in line with agreed margins and timelines
• Technical liaison and team support to ensure all products are delivered to customers on time. 
• NPD gap analysis and product portfolio strategies
