Requirements:
- knowledge of English at B2+/C1 level,
- effective communication abilities,
- prior experience is nice to have, but not obligatory,
- analytical thinker and decision-maker,
- solid understanding of Excel or similar analytical software tools.
Responsibilities:
- analyse customer payment statuses through third-party provider portals,
- generate reports to identify the underlying reasons for overdue invoices,
- establish and manage collaborations with company business partners,
- send inquiries to customers regarding the status of outstanding balances,
- contribute suggestions for enhancing operational processes.
