In this role you will be responsible for leading global O2C (Order to cash) operations taking a direct responsibility for O2C teams in the Global Hub in Krakow (Poland) and providing dotted-line leadership to delivery Centers of Excellence located in Xiamen (China), Bangalore (India), San Luis Potosi (Mexico). As the O2C Global Delivery Lead you will lead a team of highly qualified experts responsible for global operations, process support and system expertise. You would manage wide range of OTC processes and work closely with Global Process Organization, Business Units to ensure that defined business goals and service levels are successfully met.

Your responsibilities

• Lead global O2C operations taking a direct responsibility for O2C teams in the Global Hub in Krakow (Poland) and providing dotted-line leadership to delivery Centers of Excellence located in Xiamen (China), Bangalore (India), San Luis Potosi (Mexico).
• Manage wide range of OTC processes including billing, cash collections, cash application, corporate credit within Finance & Accounting Operations (FAO) organization in above locations.
• Responsible for effective implementation of global policies, procedures and processes with focus on process standardization in accordance with global design.
• Proactively identify and apply best practices, drive process automation across global operations to achieve process excellence, continuously improve its efficiency.
• Ensure compliance of O2C processes with global policies, accounting standards, Local GAAP requirements. Maintain strong internal control environment.
• Build effective collaboration with key stakeholders across ABB Group including Process Organization, Business Units.
• Work closely with Business Units to ensure that defined business goals and service levels are successfully met.
• Provide strategic leadership to O2C delivery teams including building and developing strong management team.

Your background

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
• 10+ years of solid experience working within a GBS, Shared Service Centre (SSC) organization with experience in process driven finance organizations.
• 5+ years in services leadership positions managing teams internationally
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash end-to-end process
• An ability to influence outcomes at a senior executive level.
• Experience in driving projects, change & transitions.
• Able to build relationships across a wide and diverse customer base.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work towards tight deadlines, demonstrating high degree of expertise and commitment.
• Fluent in English – verbal and written.
