THE WORK
*RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN CONNECTION WITH LONG LEAVE OF ABSENCE*
- Monitoring customers accounts
- Identifying outstanding balances due for collection
- Contacting (by email, phone calls) the customers with open receivables due for payment
- Helping in resolution of potential issues
- Documenting collection activities in designed tool
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Fluent German and English, B2 level required (spoken and written)
- Strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Positive and target-oriented approach
- Eagerness to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting and process management
- MS Office (Excel) skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of one office visit per week (office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw).
