Your role

As a Tax Team Leader – Tax & Statutory Delivery, you will manage end-to-end tax compliance and statutory reporting for a global client. You will oversee an external provider and lead a team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. You will also act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, driving improvements and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Your tasks

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple entities
  • Overseeing performance of external Managed Service Provider, ensuring KPIs, timelines and quality standards are met
  • Monitoring delivery, resolving issues and managing escalations
  • Reviewing and validating tax and financial data, including corporate income tax, deferred tax and reconciliations
  • Supporting audits and regulatory reviews
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the client in operational tax matters
  • Managing and developing a team of tax and statutory professionals
  • Driving process improvements, ensuring documentation and operational continuity

Your profile

  • 6–9 years of experience in tax, statutory accounting or finance in an international environment
  • Proven experience in team management or leadership
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, tax reporting and data flows
  • Experience in SSC, BPO or outsourced delivery models
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • ACCA or similar professional qualification
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions
