Autobank Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive quality and automation initiatives to optimize global O2C processes across multiple regions, focusing on efficiency and operational goals. Lead cross-functional teams, enhance auto-matching levels, and support functions like P2P, R2R, and Intragroup. Provide training, mentorship, and tools for Master Data of AutoBank at a global scale (65+ countries), ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead a functional work team (9+ employees) within Accounts Receivable focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions for the team;
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives and define tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned business partners in accordance with Service Level Agreements;
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures developing and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies, including Account Receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines;
• Provide key support to the 5 regions (NAM (North America), LAM (Latin America), NEU (North Europe), CEU (Central Europe), AMA (Asia, Middle East & Africa)),  ensuring the accurate monitoring and processing of cash application process.
• Formulate and assure effective deployment for future M&A, accounts, and provide trainings for the end users.
• Monitor BPI and OCR tool and interface patterns on a daily basis. In doing so,  cooperate closely with colleagues across the global O2C, P2P, R2R, Treasury team.
• Creation and review of test scenarios, monitor results of system integration tests and user acceptance testing for new AutoBank features.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in AutoBank, SAP4Hana, and CFIN, and enjoy working with these tools in the finance and accounting sector.
• You have established skills in analytical thinking, with a passion for understanding complex scenarios and developing creative solutions.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office.
• You are passionate about the O2C (Order to Cash) end-to-end process and have an excellent understanding of it.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• You are proficient in business English and have excellent communication skills.
• You are passionate about team handling, delegation, and fostering a collaborative and conflict-resolving approach to stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle different initiatives concurrently, while creating a learning atmosphere among team members and leveraging networks within the organization.
