The remarkably diverse GBS Consulting team at PwC already has 34 members. We gain professional experience in a number of sectors and industries, but our common goal is to support clients from all over the world in creating the ultimate business solutions. We provide comprehensive support to major corporations: from the creation of operational models and analysis of locations, through organisational transformation and process optimisation, to the assessment of the maturity of existing centres and coaching programmes.
We are looking for:
HR Transformation Consultant in Global Business Services Team (GBS)
Your future role:
- Support HR Transformation projects by assisting in reviewing current HR processes and identifying areas for improvement,
- Work closely with team members and clients to help improve and streamline HR operations,
- Assist in different stages of HR Transformation projects, from preparing materials to supporting implementation activities,
- Collect, organise, and analyse HR data to support the team in creating insights and recommendations,
- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and project documentation,
- Develop your skills through participation in projects, trainings, and learning opportunities.
Apply if you have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in HR operating model setup or transformation,
- Experience in HR SSC set up,
- Functional HR experience with proven consulting expertise,
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing and interpreting various HR data sets,
- Exposure to additional functions like procurement, supply chain, FP&A, IT is a plus, but not a primary requirement,
- The ability to adapt, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership in managing tasks and solving problems,
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure,
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as evidence of consulting proficiency,
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation,
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel within Europe and potentially globally.
Nice to have:
- Experience and knowledge in transition methodologies,
- Expertise in consulting projects, process optimization, and business transformation,
- Experience in Project Management with a successful track record of delivering projects,
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
