For our Client, an international, well-known company, we are currently looking for Head of Procurement Operations. On this position, you will be responsible for all procurement and sourcing operations. The client is a global company specialized in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities:
- monitoring all procurement and sourcing operations,
- conducting follow-ups with key stakeholders and business partners,
- responsibility for cost-out programs and processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions,
- daily managing of about 50 FTE structure, maintaining a high level of employees engagement throughout training and coaching,
- ensuring required quality of performed operations,
- creating an environment oriented to trust, open communications and cohesive team effort.
Requirements:
- min. 6 years of previous experience in the similar position,
- strong procurement background,
- previous experience in people management is a must,
- fluency in English,
- project management skills,
- analitycal way of thinking,
- excellent communication skills, proactivity, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership,
- top interpersonal skills.
