OtC Senior Accountant with French

Responsibilities:
- be an expert for O2C related topics,
- support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Krakow,
- control escalated AR, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution,
- reviewing Accounts Receivable balances, proactively collecting on delinquent payments,
- identify disputes and work with business stakeholders and corporate clients to resolve,
- Credit Management control,
- act as a senior team member, developing skills & knowledge of other analysts,
- identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function,
- build a strong relationship with key stakeholders including corporate clients.
Requirements:
- min. 3 - 4 years of experience in the OTC/AR area in SSC environment,
- strong understanding of end to end OTC/AR process,
- very good English skills,
- communicative French (min. B1 level),
- high level of written and oral communication skills,
- problem-solving and analytical skills,
- participation in the transition of the processes will be an asset,
- team-player.
