Requirements:

• min. 4 years of experience in controlling and financial management reporting,
• excellent Excel modeling skills,
• proficiency in English (B2+),
• strong analytical skills to identify business issues and propose solutions,
• excellent communication skills, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities:

• cooperate with business partners, including supply chain, market controlling teams, and headquarters in Europe,
• support Senior Leadership business planning and strategic review meetings,
• coordinate business forecasts, actuals analysis, and report activities in one of the Company's divisions,
• prepare ad hoc analysis to support planning activities,
• seek and implement process improvement initiatives.
