Requirements:

• min. 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• good knowledge of SAP and Navision Higgs would be an asset,
• proficiency in Excel required,
• experience in a SSC/BPO will be an asset,
• fluent English language skills (min. B2),
• experience in the migration process will be an asset,
• demonstrated ability to work independently and under time pressure,
• strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• ensure collected data supports the needs of stakeholders,
• perform complex ad hoc audits to identify discrepant/invalid data,
• maintain quality control processes for assigned data,
• ensure master data changes are provided according to existing procedures and standard requirements,
• leverage analytical tools to identify, research, and update data discrepancies, duplicates, and stale dated records,
• preparation and update of internal processes and manuals,
• participation in process migration as well as automation and standardization projects.
