Requirements:
- +4 years experience in Comp and Ben, preferably for an international organization (manufacturing company),
- you have a structured and analytical mindset, with high attention to detail,
- pragmatic, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, as well as being able to collaborate with people from all levels in the organization,
- you are committed and discrete (working with confidential data) with a high degree of accountability, credibility, assertiveness, and integrity,
- strong planning and organization skills and not afraid to roll up your sleeves,
- languages: English, excellent written and spoken skills.
Responsibilities:
- the design/review of C&B policies, programs, and their implementation, including job gradings for targeted populations,
- ensures the competitiveness of compensation practices within the markets (benchmarks/comp-ratio),
- manages the salary review & short-term bonus payments process (end2end), advising & guiding key stakeholders along the way,
- develops, manages, and/or maintains a good relationship with internal/external stakeholders/suppliers in the field of comp&ben elements,
- seeks consolidation of benefits where possible with various suppliers across multiple markets.
