Requirements:

• min. 4 years of experience in a similar role,
• good knowledge of SAP and Excel,
• experience in an SSC/BPO will be an asset,
• fluent English language skills (min. B2),
• demonstrated ability to work independently and under time pressure,
• strong analytical and communication skills with attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• execute daily operational tasks related to assigned area of Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Finance, Product or Material), including the creation, extension, and maintenance of data,
• perform complex ad hoc audits to identify discrepant/invalid data, maintain quality control for assigned data and ensure that collected data supports the needs of stakeholders,
• ensure master data changes are provided according to existing procedures and standard requirements,
• preparation and update of internal processes and manuals,
• participation in automation and standardization projects,
• escalate incidents and issues related to Master Data promptly, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
