Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience in Master Data Management,
• at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader,
• very good English (at least B2),
• solid knowledge of end-to-end MDM processes,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• leading a team of up to 12 Master Data Specialists (supervising, motivating, supporting in complex activities and escalations),
• overseeing day-to-day operations and delegating tasks,
• designing, developing and implementing MDM solutions and new processes, participating in MDM projects,
• preparing detailed documentation and process instructions,
• maintaining good relationships and cooperating closely with local businesses and project leaders to align MDM initiatives,
• ensuring that systems, procedures, KPIs and overall process management adhere to company policies,
• actively supporting ongoing projects and regional initiatives.
