We are seeking a talented and analytical finance analyst to join our group Financial Planning & Analysis team and play a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and assessment of the company’s incentive programs. The successful candidate will contribute to financial calculations, target setting, forecasting, and actual payout calculations related to incentive plans. This role requires effective coordination between finance, human resources, and businesses to ensure alignment and enhance process efficiency. Preferred locations are India and Poland.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and update the calendar for incentive cycles, ensuring key dates are documented and communicated effectively. Document the process and governance for financial aspects of incentive programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support the design and optimization of incentive plans, including defining KPIs, weightings, and performance curves for short-term incentive plans as well as EPS proposals for long-term incentive plans
• Provide support in setting targets for incentive plans to different stakeholders ensuring accuracy and timeliness in target establishment. Assist in forecasting the result of incentives and facilitate the accruals process in financial statements
• Deliver timely and accurate financial data and analysis to support the calculation of incentive payouts, including change request process, ensuring alignment with established metrics and targets
• Assist in preparing materials for incentive-related topics for presentation to the compensation committee, providing relevant insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborated with Human resources to ensure proper communication and understanding of incentive plan details among employees
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to incentive programs and other finance-related topics as needed

Your background

• A university degree in accounting, finance, or relevant job experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial calculations and reporting. Knowledge of incentive plan design principles and experience in supporting incentive programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices related to compensation and benefits is advantageous. Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial drivers impacting business performance. Strong mindset for process improvement, governance, and documentation, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team; effective written and verbal communication skills and an interest in learning about international finance practices and working in a diverse and cross-cultural environment
