Responsibilities:
- assisting with maintenance and developing the reporting and forecasting system such as HFM planning and Tableau,
- assisting with maintaining the databases, spreadsheets, and processes required to transform the data using the reporting and forecasting systems,
- testing and implementing the system, upgrades, and updates on multiple servers and to all users,
- standardizing and developing reporting processes,
- close cooperation with business units.
Requirements:
- more than 2 years relevant finance/accounting experience with reporting or budgeting processes and consolidation,
- knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP, Cognos or similar ERP, BI and consolidation systems,
- very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher),
- advanced user of Microsoft Excel and database software,
- previous experience of development of consolidation / BI reporting/forecasting systems an advantage,
- strong analytical skills,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- feels comfortable in an international matrix organization.
