For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for a Logistics Manager, who will be responsible for all logistics processes: Customer Service & Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouses & International Logistics, Inventory Control, Transportation. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with excellent people management skills, who will be a manager for approximately 40 FTE structure.

Responsibilities:
  • responsibility for all logistics processes: Customer Service & Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouses & International Logistics, Inventory Control, Transportation.
  • manage the structures of Logistics specialists (40 FTE),
  • close collaboration with third-party logistics providers,
  • responsibility for cost-out programs and processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions,
  • implement of logistics related IT tools and systems, 
  • assure successful implementation of improvement plans,
  • ensure required quality of performance operations,
  • create an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort. 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of previous experience in Logistics / Supply Chain (managerial positions),
  • university degree in a related field, 
  • previous experience in people management is a must,
  • good knowledge of SAP,,
  • fluency in English (C1),
  • excellent communication skills and high standards of business culture,
  • hands-on attitude.
