For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for a Logistics Manager, who will be responsible for all logistics processes: Customer Service & Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouses & International Logistics, Inventory Control, Transportation. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with excellent people management skills, who will be a manager for approximately 40 FTE structure.
Responsibilities:
- responsibility for all logistics processes: Customer Service & Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouses & International Logistics, Inventory Control, Transportation.
- manage the structures of Logistics specialists (40 FTE),
- close collaboration with third-party logistics providers,
- responsibility for cost-out programs and processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions,
- implement of logistics related IT tools and systems,
- assure successful implementation of improvement plans,
- ensure required quality of performance operations,
- create an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous experience in Logistics / Supply Chain (managerial positions),
- university degree in a related field,
- previous experience in people management is a must,
- good knowledge of SAP,,
- fluency in English (C1),
- excellent communication skills and high standards of business culture,
- hands-on attitude.
