For our Client, a manufacturing company, we are currently looking for a candidate for the newly created position of Human Resources Manager. If you want to take part in the new greenfield investment and create HR processes from scratch, this offer is for you.
Responsibilities:
- creates human resources processes and procedures according to company’s policies,
- maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes,
- prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs,
- actively participates in the long term business planning process in order to align the human resources strategy in accordance with the business plans,
- maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends,
- manages the team of human resources specialists by keeping team members motivated and focused, closely monitoring the activity to ensure compliance with key metrics and deliverables,
- manages work of external providers of payroll services,
- participates in the implementation of HR systems (Workday),
- creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort.
Requirements:
- previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner (preferably in a manufacturing company),
- university degree in a relevant field,
- previous experience in people management (nice to have),
- experience in implementation of HR systems as a plus,
- good command of English (at least B2),
- top communication skills and high standards of business culture,
- hands-on attitude.
