Requirements:

• experience in working in a similar position in a manufacturing plant,
• nice to have experience in the automotive industry,
• experience in project management,
• very good organization of working time, ability to work well with a team, organizational skills,
• higher technical education, preferred faculties: Mechanics and Machine Construction, Electrical Engineering, Production Management,
• very good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office package, 
• good spoken and written English: B2,
• ability to define objectives and risks for implementation,
• communicativeness, and openness to challenges.

Responsibilities:

• preparing implementation plans for new projects,
• organizing status reviews of new projects,
• defining, assessing, and escalating potential project risks,
• working closely with the Project Manager and other functions involved in new launches for the plant,
• overseeing the implementation of new projects in the manufacturing plant,
• work with Technical Centers to define requirements for ongoing projects,
• work closely with activities such as logistics, finance, quality, and engineering.
